- Antipasto: ‘Bacala Mantecato’ is made from whipped, salted cod and served at room temperature with a zesty tomato salad
- Secondo - ‘Fegato alla Veneziana’ is a grilled calves liver, served pink
with a polenta and caramelised onions
- Dolce - ‘Frittelle’ - Italian doughnuts made from ricotta. The dough is flavoured with orange & lemon zest, served coated in sugar and a dash of cinnamon
